You must complete 3 requirements to be eligible for becoming an HSC coach
1) NYSCA Membership
2) Volunteer Sports Release Form
3) Online TSSA Disclosure
Once completed, email your Division Director and copy registrar@hendersonvillesoccerclub.com
Please Include in your email the following details: NYSCA MBR Number, a copy of your signed Volunteer Release, and the online confirmation page upon completion of TSSA Disclosure (which can be cut/paste into the email). The NYSCA class can be completed either in person at one of the scheduled clinics (see calendar) or via the On-Line class. The cost of the NYSCA Class/Membership is $25.00 and is the responsibility of the coach – not HSC or the City of Hendersonville. This certification is transferable to other sports in Hendersonville.

Step 5: Password Creation
Once your membership is completed, follow the directions to complete the online course to obtain your official membership identification MBR-#.

Once completed, an electronic form is provided as a confirmation page, this is what is sent to your Division Director.
TSSA information: As part of Tennessee State Soccer Association’s Risk Management Program and starting with the 2010-2011 soccer season, TSSA will require that all competitive and recreational coaches complete the online Volunteer Disclosure Form that is available on the TSSA website.
